More My garage door was acting dramatic and only closing when it wanted to close. So my rental company set up an appointment and an employee named John came out to help me. He was very respectful, listened to what I was dealing with, and showed me tricks to work the garage. He explained everything and changed the sensors for me to hopefully help with the issue. The tech arrived promptly, with a mask and company recognizable t-shirt. He took pictures before and after his repair. He was knowledgeable and explained the cause of damage. He provided his expert advice on a proposed repair option. Once I understood and accepted the proposed option. He immediately went to work on the repair. He was prepared with all the tools and repair parts. He installed, tested, adjusted and confirmed that the garage door was working perfectly before he left. I am very pleased with his work. He also provided concise advice on how to test and maintain the garage door. Excellent job!
